This beautiful 125sq.m detached home in Glenview, Buncrana, was rebuilt under the Defective Concrete Block Scheme, transforming the property into a modern, energy-efficient family home built to the highest standards.

ORA Timber Frame supplied and erected the complete timber frame kit,  insulation and air tightness.  The timber frame kit, windows, roof structure and external blockwork were all completed in just three weeks. This rapid construction programme allowed follow-on trades to commence much sooner, significantly reducing the overall build programme while maintaining exceptional quality.
