Step 3:
Design
ORA Timber Frame will submit the client’s architectural drawings to our engineer to design
all the structural elements of your Timber Frame Home. On completion the plans will be
returned to the client for review and sign off before the manufacturing of your home
commences.
Step 4:
Production
The manufacturing of your home will commence and dates for erection will be agreed allowing
the client to plan for works following the timber frame erection.
Step 5:
Erection
Our installation manager will visit the site to ensure everything is in place prior to delivery of the kit. Scaffolding must be erected and site clear allowing access for lorries and crane. A health and safety risk assessment will be carried out during this visit. The kit will then be delivered to site and erection carried out.
On completion a joint walk down will take place with ORA Timber Frame Site Manager and the
client to ensure everything is satisfactory. The works will then be signed off and complete at this
stage.
